For over 30 years Sea Trek has been leading kayaking and whale watching trips on the Sea of Cortez and Magdalena Bay from our home base in Loreto, Baja California Sur. Sea Trek’s Baja kayaking and paddleboard tours are a unique combination of an expedition, vacation and a comfortable base camp.

Join us for an adventurous sea kayaking, standup paddleboarding and whale watching trip in November, February, March and April, when the air is warm the wind is calm, and the sunrises and sunsets alone are worth the price of admission.

We include Stand up Paddleboards on all our kayaking trips and you can use them as much as you want for traveling between camps or after you have arrived at any time.   In the warm, tropical water our guides will be happy to give you the instruction you need to enjoy this new sport for the first time. It is very easy and from the higher perspective, the reefs and all its inhabitants are a visual feast.

We use a support boat on all our trips to provide more amenities; a complete kitchen, more fresh water, fruits and vegetables, cool beverages, and even beach chairs. Since you pack and carry only your personal gear in your boat, you spend less time packing and more time exploring and paddling in lighter kayaks. For exclusive paddleboard trips, all gear is carried in the panga. The support boat also acts as a safety net in case of any emergencies.

Sea Trek is pleased to provide you all camping and recreational gear and equipment, at no extra charge, including: high quality tents and sleeping bags, Thermarest sleeping pads, wetsuits, snorkeling gear, and fishing equipment. It is our goal for you to be able to travel to Loreto with “Carry On” only if you desire, eliminating any luggage or connection delays or hassles, as well as avoiding unfriendly add on charges.”
